Musical theatre, cabaret, bands, recordings…
I have been a member of the Melbourne-based street funk band Funk Buddies since its formation. Funk Buddies fuses traditional funk with the street music of New Orleans – the second line – to create an atmosphere that makes you want to dance.
Funk Buddies have played at many of Melbourne’s live music venues and festivals.

My performances in pit orchestras started before I finished high school, playing in both school productions and a run of Wizard of Oz at a local theatre company.
Since then I have had the pleasure of performing (and depping) in many non-professional productions, including Miss Saigon, Les Misérables, Cats, Into the Woods, Sweeney Todd, Man of La Mancha, Oklahoma, Cabaret, Chicago and more!
As a trumpet player and Australian Army Cadet, I learnt the Last Post and Rouse to perform at our parades and functions. For the over thirty years that have followed, I have played these bugle calls at many ANZAC and Remembrance services, at funerals and other memorials.
Favourite performances include regular ANZAC Day events for over 1,000 people and a Remembrance Day performance for 10,000 runners at the City2Sea fun run in Melbourne.
