I have always wanted to write a song about mental illness that includes some light humour, something that has proved impossible over the years. That is until I sat at the piano in a moment of vulnerability and wrote this song in minutes, totally overwhelmed with emotion.

There’ll Be Days is a song about the good days and the bad, and that some illnesses are invisible. It’s dedicated to anyone suffering from, or supporting others with mental illness, including depression and anxiety.
